2 Orders & Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Catering and bulk orders may require a downpayment to secure your booking.
3 Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates. While we strive for punctuality, delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party couriers are beyond our control.
4 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by order type. Catering cancellations must be made within the agreed notice period. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed according to our order agreement.
5 Food Safety
Our products are prepared fresh. Reheating and storage instructions are provided for your safety. HMC Lechon Express is not liable for improper handling after delivery.
